Our yoga classes are for you if you are interested in any of the following:
  • Higher energy levels
  • Improved posture
  • Improved circulation
  • Improved mental focus
  • Improved flexibility
  • Decreased stress levels

No prior experience is necessary and there are no age restrictions. Participants should arrive 5 - 10 minutes early, wear comfortable clothing that allows free movement and bring a yoga mat.  If you are in need of a yoga mat, you can purchase one from Valley Rehab for $13.50 when you come for your first class.

There are currently no yoga classes scheduled, but we are hoping to find a new instructor and start a new class soon!!!  If you are interested in teaching or attending yoga classes at Valley Rehab, please let us know!
